Ethan's Hat

Ethan made this awesome hat at Jill's (daycare) house. He was very, very proud.

More Birthday Pictures

Here are some more pictures from the party, and some of Austin opening gifts from Grandpa and Grandma.

BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!

Austin had his first "friends" birthday party Saturday. It was a Transformer party. He had a cool cake, Transformer games (pin the transformer on the poster, hide-and-seek with transformers, and name that transformer), presents, cartoon (transformers of course), and play time.

He received many great gifts and was excited to finally be the host of a b-day part.

They had a great time and we are all still worn out from it!!

Desk Time

Here is some proof that Austin loves his desk!!

During Bible Study the other night they were all gathered around the desk drawing, reading, etc.

Reding Christmas

Jessica's dad's side of the family usually waits until January to do Christmas. This helps not make the season quite as hectic.

It was at Jessica's parent's house this year. It was nice to see almost everyone. We missed our family from Colorado, and a few others were working or sick.

The food was yummy, and it was nice to get to catch up with everyone.

An early birthday present!

Grandma Truex went out for supper with us, and then came over to visit for a while. Secretly, there was a plan all along for Aaron and Jess to go get his early b-day present from Grandma and surprise him.

He got a big desk! Grandma had given him a chair (that used to go with a desk that is gone now) that her parents gave grandpa and grandma on their wedding day. It is 69 years old! Now he has a desk to go with it. He loves it!!

Sledding

When it was not -20 windchill the guys went sledding with Bailey and Aunt Jackie. They had a blast! Aaron did learn that 32 year old men should NOT going sledding over a ramp - it hurt (for days)!

Visitors

My best friend from school came home and we got to spend some time with her and her cute two year old. He has changed so much since we saw him last - he is a big boy now, no baby anymore!!

Our Christmas

This year we got to stay home and enjoy Christmas with just our little family. It was a nice change, and we were a little under the weather so it worked out well.

Truex Christmas

We were excited to have Christmas here this year for the Truex family. It was also very nice to see Kristi.

Reding Christmas

It was nice to see everyone for Christmas. We also celebrated Jacqlyn's graduation!!!

Scrapbooks

This year I decided to make a couple scrapbooks as gifts.

I gave my mom and dad a scrapbook of their dog, Maggie, who died about six months ago.

I also made a sister scrapbook for Jackie's graduation from nursing school. Here are a couple pictures of my favorite pages.
