Sure! Really easy - Just get whole wheat pitta bread, english muffins, or flat bread. Put sauce (1/4 cup)on them, and add your toppings. We used peppers, artichoke hearts, turkey pepperoni, italian seasoning, and low-fat or fat-free mozz. cheese (1/4 cup). She also suggested cooked veggies (broccoli, zuchinni, etc.), 93% lean ground beef. Bake them at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly browned. They were yummy!!
